We are still conducting the research phase > If you have insights from your users and would like to be interviewed or participate in the project, please get in contact, either DM me on twitter (@lyricalpolymath) or even better on Telegram (@lyricalpolymath)
At Devcon4 we presented the initial results of the research for a Web3 Design System
Here are 3 projects presented at Devcon:
- our own Open Source Community driven Web3 Design System (more info on it in this post)
Rimble - Consensys Design System
Lorikeet - Aragon promoted but community adopted Web3 Design System
For our research we are interviewing Designers, front-end devs, product people, user researchers, anybody who has spoken to the users to map out the usability problems and the current solutions.
The objective is to build
- UX guidelines (similar to the Web3 Design Principles)
- a library of components that simplifies the life of front-end developers and gives consistent UX to the users
At Devcon we presented the initial results of the research, a "Web3 Design Decision Framework", tool that helps to classify UX problems, user's questions and doubts into a Venn diagram that we call the "problem space"
and a "solution space", that overlays the solutions that companies we've interviewed applied and that seem to work to solve the aforementioned problems.
We finally published the Framework with some hints from people who have actually tested it in the field (thanks @gendry and Nas )
- and/or watch the video presentation we did at Devcon
Let us know what you think and how you would improve this tool for web3 designing
